This is a good quality multimeter at a fair reasonable price. Has whole the functions that one would normally motive for automotive use. The clamp-on wire lineament is good for measurement RPMs Electronic Specialties 585K while tuning up. The solely drawback for this unit is that the teaching booklet is identical poorly written. There are at least a half 12 spelling mistakes that are identical obvious. The instructions are identical basic and do not really assistant the novice in knowing how to exercise the unit for different automotive tests and do not constantly clearly establish how to hook up the leads for measurements. It would likewise exist nice to get the self adjusting scale compass on this unit for the cost range that it is in. Other than that, I think if one is looking for a multimeter in this cost range, they will quite quenched with this unit.I merely recieve my multimeter. Its quite usefull for everything i need. The only trouble comes, if you are an amateur, the instructions are simply not to useful. The multimeter is excelent, i employment it testing my cars rpms, control resistance, continuity of ground cables and many more. For the price its only what I needed. Glad to observe it.
